Cancellation Policy

2.1 Cancellation by the Customer: If you wish to cancel a service, please notify us as soon as possible. The cancellation terms and any applicable fees will depend on the specific service and its terms refer to our FAQs

2.2 Cancellation by Us: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a service in exceptional circumstances, such as unforeseen events or situations beyond our control. If such a cancellation occurs, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you promptly and provide suitable alternatives or a refund.

2.3 Need to close your account? Mail us at customercare@myparcelguru.com, and that's all.

2.4 Want to close your account in the middle of the month? We will send a last and final invoice for the previously fulfilled shipment till that date, clearing which your account will be closed.

Exceptions and Limitations

3.1 Force Majeure: We shall not be liable for any refund or cancellation in situations caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to acts of nature, war, terrorism, civil unrest, strikes, or any other event beyond our reasonable control.

3.2 If caught with fraudulent activity by the site, we can/will suspend or terminate your account without any further notice.
